Our goal is to help you achieve your most appealing smile. As part of this ongoing commitment, we have designed our office to provide an atmosphere that allows you to RELAX. Enjoy your favorite television show or DVD while having your dental work done! We have the latest in dental technology allowing your visit to be as efficient and comfortable as possible. Our consultation room and operatories are private, so you can discuss treatment plans and payment plans confidentially. Let us know if you have questions or just can’t decide what treatment plan you prefer. Our patient education programs help to explain and assist you in coming to a decision that’s right for you.
In our office we take scrupulous care to protect our patients. All of our instruments, including dental drills, are ultrasonically cleaned and sterilized after each use with an autoclave (steam sterilizer). Our autoclaves are tested on a regular basis by an independent monitoring company to ensure their effectiveness. The parts of the operatories that cannot be placed in a sterilizing machine, such as the dental chair, overhead light, x-ray machine, and counter tops, are disinfected with a solution approved by the American Dental Association. Our staff always uses masks, gloves, and eye wear as an added precaution.
The following are some examples of our high-tech equipment used to help our patients achieve the ultimate smile:
Intra-Oral camera: This mini camera allows up-close and personal photos of the teeth and gums, which is projected onto a television screen allowing patients to view exactly what we see. With this knowledge, our patients can work together with the Dentist to make informed decisions regarding their dental work.
X-ray equipment: Our Planmeca Promax x-ray gives an overview of the entire mouth in one picture and allows the Dentist to diagnose problems in areas that smaller x-rays cannot view. It also provides critical information for orthodontic care, as well as for evaluation of impacted wisdom teeth, and diagnosing TMJ problems.
Laser Detection System: This laser allows us to diagnose hidden decay more quickly, and comfortably than traditional methods.
